Question: Can I participate in your Affiliate Program if I am a resident of the United States?

Answer: We suggest that you consult with your own legal advisor to determine whether it's legal to market our casino in your jurisdiction. We do allow United States residents to be Casino San Fran affiliates. Because Casino San Fran does not accept wagers from United States players, you may be at less risk here then you are in most competitors' affiliate programs.

Question: Is there an age limit?

Answer: All affiliates must be over the age of 18 years.

Question: How do I get paid?

Answer: Casino San Fran pays affiliate referral fees on a monthly basis, by the 20th of each month, by check of any fees earned by the affiliate in the previous month. All payments will be due and paid in United States Dollars. If the account is in a negative position (e.g. because customer winnings have exceeded customer losses) the negative position will be carried over until the following month. Referral fees will be based upon Radiate's good faith calculation based on Radiate's statistics. We will provide you with a detailed report each month showing each player referred and their Net Revenues for the month.
