Video Poker
About the Game
Our Video Poker game is based on the same rules and odds as a standard
high-payout Video Poker machine. The objective is to build the highest
combination of five cards in a single poker hand. After the initial
deal you can choose to hold as many of the five cards as you want.
The remaining cards will be replaced in the Draw phase of the game.
Winning combinations are based on standard poker hand values.
How to Play
To make your bet, click the BET PLUS or BET MAX buttons. You can
increase your bet one unit at a time by clicking the BET PLUS button,
or decrease one unit at a time by clicking the BET MINUS button.
Or click the BET MAX button to bet the maximum amount of five coins.
Your total bet will determine your payout, and the corresponding
payout column at the top of each machine will light up as you increase
or decrease your bet.
Once you’ve placed your bet, click on the DEAL/DRAW button and
your five cards will be dealt to you. Click on the individual cards
that you want to hold in order to build the best possible hand.
To deselect a card you’re holding, simply click on it again and
the HOLD will be released. You should HOLD all five cards if you
want to stand on the hand you are dealt. Any cards you do not HOLD
will be replaced when you DRAW.
After you’ve selected the cards you want to HOLD, click the DEAL/DRAW
button again and the cards you did not HOLD will be taken away,
and new cards will be dealt in their place. After the DRAW your
final hand will be evaluated, and winning hands will be paid out
accroding to the payout table at the top of the machine.
To play again with the same bet amount, click the DEAL/DRAW button
again without pressing any betting buttons.
Between hands you may toggle between the $.25 minimum bet game
and the $1 minimum bet game by pressing the button to the right
of the game above the payout window. The odds on the Payout Table
will change to reflect the minimum bet option you’ve selected.
Winnings are reflected in the PAYOUT area and are automatically
added to your BALANCE.

* When betting five coins, a Royal Flush wins the Progressive Jackpot
amount which is never less than 1000 to 1.
Poker Basics
The machine uses a single 52-card deck and reshuffles after each
hand is played out. You are dealt a single five-card poker hand
and are given one opportunity to draw.
The lowest possible paying hand is "Jacks or Better"
which is a pair of Jacks, Queens, Kings or Aces. Single pairs of
lesser value do not qualify for any payout.
Please note: Aces are always high. Therefore a hand with an
Ace, 2, 3, 4, and 5 does not qualify as a Straight. A hand with
an Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 is a Straight.
